Purpose of the Role — UI Employer Audit Officer

The UI Employer Audit Officer conducts employer compliance audits under the UIA and UICA, serves enforcement notices on non-complying employers, refers non-complying employers for prosecution, and provides support in the implementation of advocacy programmes on the UIA and UICA — ensuring that employers across the Northern Cape meet their legal obligations to register employees and remit UIF contributions.
