As a strategic business partner, you will collaborate directly with operational leaders and hiring managers to execute end-to-end recruitment strategies. This involves managing active candidate sourcing, utilizing advanced digital headhunting tools, conducting structured competency assessments, and ensuring strict adherence to Employment Equity targets and corporate recruitment governance frameworks.
