Beyond initial contract negotiations, this role focuses on long-term portfolio management and commercial risk mitigation. You will manage complex lease renewals, negotiate beneficial occupation terms and tenant installation allowances, and maintain strict oversight of critical lease options and financial escalations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Leasing Manager ensures every property agreement supports corporate profitability and operational excellence.
