Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) is required.

A minimum of 2–3 years’ sales experience is required.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in similar retail sales positions.

The incumbent may be required to perform additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Transferability between stores is required.

Sales Responsibilities

The Sales Associate must actively seek and engage customer prospects within the store to maximise sales potential.

Providing assistance and detailed product information to meet and exceed sales targets is a core responsibility.

The role requires achieving departmental sales targets on a monthly, bi-annual, and annual basis.

Identifying sales opportunities and preparing structured sales action plans and schedules to meet specific targets is essential.

Maintaining a strong drive to meet performance objectives is critical in this results-driven environment.

Customer Service Responsibilities

The Sales Associate must work closely with customers to determine their needs and recommend suitable products that align with their preferences.

Liaising with customers and providing feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and product interests is required.
