Minimum Requirements
NQF Level 3 Bakery qualification is required.
Proven experience as a Baker, Bakery Supervisor, or Bakery Manager is required.
Strong knowledge of bakery production processes and food safety regulations is essential.

The Bakery Manager must implement effective in-store execution strategies within the bakery department.
