We value general workers who show up ready to work hard, complete physical tasks safely and efficiently, and take pride in keeping the hospital’s supply chain moving without disruption.

✅ Accuracy in Stock Handling & Receiving

Receipting stock from the bulk store, verifying quantities, and preparing items for distribution all require attention to detail. We value workers who approach hygiene maintenance with consistency and care — keeping storage areas free of hazards, storing items correctly, and upholding the standards expected in a public health facility.

✅ Reliability & Punctuality

Hospital supply chains depend on timely deliveries, prompt offloading, and consistent preparation of stock for distribution. We value workers who arrive on time, complete tasks within expected timeframes, and communicate proactively when delays or issues arise — ensuring that the hospital’s operational needs are never compromised by avoidable disruptions.

✅ Safety Awareness & Responsible Vehicle Use

Operating a departmental vehicle and handling heavy stock both carry health and safety responsibilities. We value workers who conduct themselves safely at all times — loading vehicles within safe weight limits, driving responsibly, reporting hazards in the stores area, and adhering to all applicable safety protocols in both the warehouse and on the road.
