Purpose of the Role — Forecourt Supervisor AFGRI Lydenburg
The Forecourt Supervisor ensures all administrative processes at the AFGRI Lydenburg forecourt and kiosk are updated and followed as per requirements — managing stock levels, overseeing stocktaking and rotation, driving sales targets, managing budgets, ensuring customer service excellence, maintaining health and safety compliance, and managing employee performance within the forecourt team.

Stock Management & Control
- Effectively manage stock levels through daily monitoring of stock at the kiosk and forecourt
- Oversee regular stocktaking, cycle counting, and stock rotation to maintain accurate inventory
- Ensure placement of stock in correct shelves and bins in accordance with merchandising standards
- Manage and control the stock expiration register — reporting on stock expiration dates and best-before dates to prevent losses from expired product
- Ensure that stock is kept in a safe, organised condition at all times
Sales & Revenue Management
- Ensure achievement of sales targets set for the kiosk and forecourt in accordance with AFGRI’s marketing plans and budgets

Customer Service Excellence

Employee Management & Development
- Manage employee key performance areas within the forecourt team
