Key Responsibilities of an Administrative Clerk
General Administration & Data Management
- Render general administration support services including data capturing, verifying data accuracy, maintaining organised records, generating reports, ensuring data integrity, and performing administrative tasks.
- Design and maintain a well-organised administrative system for the office.
- Execute a wide variety of administrative tasks as required.
Correspondence & Communication
- Draft correspondence to members of the public, other organisations, and State departments.

- Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
