About the Role
As a Waitron for our new Pedros store in Paarl, you will be the face of our dining room, delivering warmth, efficiency, and high-quality service to every guest who walks through our doors. Working as part of our frontline store launch team, you will ensure guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and vibrant environment while enjoying Pedros’ famous flame-grilled chicken meals.
This role requires a blend of excellent communication, multi-tasking, and emotional intelligence. You will collaborate daily with kitchen staff and cashiers to maintain seamless service, take accurate orders, serve food promptly, and handle customer inquiries with charm and professionalism.
Please note: Candidates must have a strong service orientation, a neat and professional appearance, and full availability to work flexible restaurant shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities of a Waitron
Customer Service & Guest Experience

Warmly greet and seat dining guests in a professional and friendly manner.
