Core Values We Look For in a Security Risk Officer
✅ Vigilance & Proactive Thinking
Security risks don’t announce themselves. We value Security Risk Officers who observe their environment continuously, think ahead, and act before situations escalate rather than after.
✅ Integrity & Professionalism
You will be responsible for protecting government assets, information, and people. Absolute honesty, consistent application of security procedures, and professional conduct at all times are non-negotiable.
✅ Reliability & Discipline
Security operations depend on every officer being present, alert, and ready for every shift. We value team members who take their duties seriously and never compromise on the standards they are expected to uphold.
✅ Communication & Reporting
Accurate, timely reporting of incidents, patrol findings, and alarm responses is essential. We need Security Risk Officers who communicate clearly — both in writing and verbally — and who keep supervisors fully informed at all times.
✅ Calm Under Pressure
Security incidents require decisive, controlled responses. We value officers who remain calm, follow procedures correctly, and make sound decisions under pressure without escalating situations unnecessarily.
