Key Responsibilities
Access Control
- Control access in and out of the Labour Centre or Provincial Office, ensuring that only authorised persons, vehicles, and goods enter and exit the premises.
- Verify the identity and authorisation of all persons seeking entry, including employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel, in line with departmental access control procedures.
- Maintain an accurate visitor register and ensure all access control documentation is completed correctly and retained in accordance with security records management requirements.
