Secretaries to the Campus Manager provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and receptionist support to the Campus Manager and campus staff at Tshwane North TVET College. - Provide comprehensive secretarial and receptionist support to the Campus Manager.

- Arrange meetings and events for the Campus Manager and campus staff.
- Identify suitable venues, invite role players, organise refreshments, and set up schedules for all meetings and events.
- Collect all relevant documents and briefing materials to enable the Campus Manager to prepare adequately for meetings.
- Arrange all logistics for workshops including venue booking, catering, attendance lists, and equipment requirements.
Financial Administration
- Prepare travel claims and other payments in the office of the Campus Manager accurately and within the required timeframes.
- Apply basic financial management principles in processing office-related financial documentation.
- Ensure all payment and claims documentation is correctly completed, authorised, and submitted for processing.
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Compile and consolidate sectional reports for the campus as required by the Campus Manager.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Campus Manager as operational needs require.
- Support the Campus Manager and campus staff with a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
