Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Specimen Collection

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with technical precision, minimal patient discomfort, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

  • Collect non-blood diagnostic specimens according to standard laboratory operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Educate patients on sample collection procedures in a calm, compassionate, and clear manner.

  • Ensure positive patient identification before specimen extraction to eliminate mislabeling risks.

Digital Data Management & Administration

  • Record and verify patient demographics, test requisitions, and medical data into electronic laboratory management tools.

Minimum Requirements

Professional Qualifications & Registration
