About the Role
At Brights Hardware, our drive-thru yard is the engine room of our bulk customer service delivery. The primary purpose of the General Assistant within the Drive-Thru Yard Department is to provide exceptional service to external building clients, retail consumers, and internal transport teams, including delivery and transfer drivers. Vehicle Loading & Stock Accuracy

Load customer vehicles, large delivery trucks, and inter-branch transfer trucks promptly and accurately, ensuring that loaded materials match invoice line items precisely.

Ensure that bulk stock, building blocks, timber, and hardware components are properly stacked according to strict safety regulations and accurately counted to prevent inventory variances.
