About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Verification & Loss Prevention

  • Verify that actual physical items purchased correspond exactly with the customer’s receipt, ensuring the correct quantity, description, and variant of goods leave the retail premises.

  • Audit cash-desk scanning accuracy, systematically checking that high-value or bulk building materials have been correctly processed by cashiers to eliminate inventory shrinkage.

  • Prevent duplications of “to-follow” order items, ensuring that items marked for later collection or delivery are not mistakenly released at the main frontline doors.

  • Maintain detailed, accurate administrative records of inter-branch sales, validating stock transfers moving between Brackengate and alternative regional Brights outlets.

Customer Experience & Frontline Monitoring

Experience & Certifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable previous experience in a similar retail frontline controller, receipt checker, or loss prevention capacity.

  • Valid Grade C Security Certification registered with PSiRA is considered a strong operational advantage.
