About the Role

The FNB Graduate Programme offers successful candidates a permanent position within specific business units across retail and commercial banking. Graduates are integrated directly into specialist teams working in credit analytics, product development, process and technology engineering, financial and risk analysis, fraud prevention, usability (UX), customer experience, and brand management.

Alongside your daily responsibilities, you will participate in structured monthly training sessions and execute an action-learning project designed to accelerate your leadership and technical capabilities within the bank.
