Core Duties & Responsibilities

Inventory Receipt & Quality Assurance

Provide an active and productive service regarding all institutional store equipment, tools, and operational packages.

Ensure that all incoming equipment, parcels, or physical goods are received correctly, verified against internal shipping manifests, and checked to ensure they are in completely undamaged, good condition.

Inspect incoming warehouse freight systematically to identify and isolate discrepancies, short-shipments, or hardware defects before formal distribution.
Store Administration & Bookkeeping

Complete and update structural store registers and tracking logs meticulously for all equipment formalised as received or issued out to regional military units.

Track stock levels and balances continuously, utilizing basic arithmetic to keep item tallies matching physical inventory holdings.

Execute all ad hoc store administration tasks, manual sorting workflows, and general workspace relocation jobs as issued by unit command orders.
Warehouse Safety & Risk Management

Become thoroughly familiar with the prescribed military Fire Order (DD19) protocols established for institutional storehouses.

Maintain complete operational familiarity with the handling and correct deployment of fire extinguishing apparatus and disaster prevention equipment located within the storage facility.

Maintain immaculate order, cleanliness, and clear hazard-free walkways inside the storage depot to ensure adherence to general health and safety standards.
Minimum Appointment Requirements
