Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership & Strategic Management

Provide visionary, decisive leadership across all operational, technical, sales, and administrative departments within the Johannesburg South branch.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify and secure bulk business opportunities, including residential estate guarding and community monitoring schemes.

Formulate comprehensive business proposals for residential guarding sites and evaluate scheme profitability.

Analyze client attrition data, execute targeted reconnection drives, and implement proactive retention plans to protect contract revenue.
Marketing, Community Engagement & Public Relations

Drive localized marketing activations, community outreach programs, and public relations collaborations across Johannesburg South.
