Store Performance & Financial Optimization

• Execute daily sales strategies, monitor budgets, manage operational expenses, and analyze local consumer trends to exceed profitability goals.

• Oversee critical in-store administrative processes, including cash-ups, vault reconciliations, and routine stock counts.

• Implement proactive loss-prevention measures to control inventory shrinkage and enforce strict health and safety compliance.

Customer Service & Brand Reputation

• Resolve customer escalations on the sales floor swiftly, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high customer retention.

• Monitor Google/social reviews and CRM feedback daily to continuously improve the in-store shopping journey.

Educational Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent.

Experience

• 3 to 6 years of proven retail experience, ideally within consumer electronics, appliances, or broad retail store management.

Core Competencies & Functional Skills

• Strong capabilities in deciding and initiating action, leading and supervising teams, and strategic planning.

• Solid grasp of retail stock management and operating systems (SAP/SAS).
