About the Role

Key Responsibilities
The Workshop Foreman supervises and coordinates the activities of workshop staff, including mechanics and technicians.

Workflow is monitored continuously to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job are maintained.
All vehicles are repaired and maintained in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to within the workshop environment.
Training and development opportunities are provided to workshop staff to enhance skills and performance.
Inventory is managed efficiently, and parts are ordered as needed to maintain smooth workshop operations.
