Wilderness is looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as Trainee Guides. This role provides hands-on experience in safari operations and hospitality while developing essential skills in wildlife guiding, conservation, and guest relations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Botswana Cambridge Certificate.

  • Valid Botswana Driver’s License.

  • Valid Identity Document.

  • No criminal record.

  • PrDP (Professional Driver’s Permit) is an advantage.

  • Age between 21–30 years.
