The Store Manager is responsible for optimising sales and exceeding customer expectations through the effective implementation of the operations strategy and the management of the store team. Minimum Requirements – Store Manager
Educational Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
- Further qualifications related to retail or business management (advantageous)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ retail experience (essential)
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management position within retail (essential)
