Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration & Cash Control

Ensure accurate daily morning float allocations, mid-day cash drops, and end-of-day cash-up procedures across all active tills.

Secure and manage safe registers, prepare physical cash banking deposits, and coordinate secure handovers with cash-in-transit partners.

Provide immediate supervisory support for complex transactions, including product exchanges, cash refunds, and customer credit account queries.
Sales Floor & Visual Standards

Oversee and maintain a high standard of presentation on the sales floor, ensuring that apparel, cellular, and homeware stands are clean and orderly.
