Position Overview

The Skybucks Member Engagement Agent plays a vital role in managing member communications, loyalty interactions, and engagement initiatives within Airlink’s Skybucks Programme. This role involves direct engagement with members via phone, email, and digital channels while assisting with marketing activities that promote loyalty participation and member satisfaction.

The successful candidate will serve as a key contact point for Skybucks members, especially Black and Emerald Tier members, ensuring all inquiries, bookings, ticketing, and payment processes are handled efficiently. This position requires a proactive, customer-oriented professional with experience in airline reservations, ticketing, and loyalty management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Skybucks members through calls, emails, and digital channels to provide assistance and information.

  • Support Skybucks marketing initiatives by communicating promotions, benefits, and special offers.

  • Handle member inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and positive resolutions.

  • Process flight bookings, ticketing, payments, and service requests for premium-tier members.

  • Ensure all Special Service Requests (SSR) and schedule changes are applied accurately.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Skybucks program benefits, rules, and member tiers.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and reservations teams to align loyalty activities with company goals.

  • Update and maintain accurate member interaction records in the system.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and program participation rates.

  • Report key engagement metrics and provide feedback for enhancing loyalty initiatives.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.

  • Passenger Handling, Reservations (Amadeus), and Fares training (internal Airlink training accepted).

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in airline reservations and ticketing.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Reservations or Loyalty Programme management.

  • Previous experience in customer service, loyalty program coordination, or marketing engagement.

  • Strong computer literacy, especially in reservation systems and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to handle high-volume interactions with professionalism and accuracy.
