Key Duties & Responsibilities
The appointed Road Operators will operate heavy machinery and plant equipment for provincial road infrastructure projects:

Specialized Machinery Operation: Operate heavy plant equipment for the grading of gravel roads, re-graveling projects, and road shoulder maintenance.

Loading & Transport Logistics: Load and off-load construction goods, machinery, and road maintenance equipment safely.

Equipment Care & Inspection: Conduct routine pre-trip and operational inspections of equipment, report mechanical defects immediately, and perform daily cleaning and lubrication of machinery.

Log Sheet & Safety Compliance: Maintain complete and accurate vehicle and machinery log sheets; strictly apply Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) measures and precautions on site.
