The Recruitment Interview Specialist serves as the primary screening authority for a rapidly scaling US recruitment engine. Operating in a high-volume environment, you will make daily outbound calls and conduct back-to-back initial interviews (approximately one every 20 minutes) across individual and group candidate formats.

Important Hiring Requirements: Candidates must have 2+ years of high-volume recruitment or interviewing experience, 1+ year of work-from-home experience, business-level English mastery, and be based in South Africa with full availability to work US business hours (Monday–Friday).
High-Volume Interviewing & Screening

Serve as the frontline brand representative, executing daily outbound calls to job applicants using a streamlined VoIP dialer.
