Core Duties: Ensure the absolute safety and physical well-being of all learners inside the hostel facilities. Act in loco parentis to support and mentor learners, implement hostel rules, and promote positive behavioral patterns. Accompany learners for professional medical attention when required. Execute routine cleaning of the hostel premises. Help ready learners for school attendance each day. Assist with the serving of meals in the dining hall and provide physical feeding assistance to learners unable to feed themselves. Administer prescribed medication in strict accordance with medical practitioner instructions. Assist with the bathing and basic hygiene routines of younger learners or those with severe physical limits. Help change nappies for incapacitated learners and assist with foundational schoolwork.
