Sun International is offering a Contact Centre Learnership at its Central Office Contact Centre in Sandton, Gauteng. The learnership is scheduled to commence on 1 March 2026, providing selected candidates with structured development and hands-on workplace exposure within one of Southern Africa’s most recognised hospitality and gaming groups.
A total of 10 positions are available for this programme.
About the Learnership
The NC Contact Centre Learnership is aimed at equipping learners with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to succeed in a contact centre environment. Participants will gain exposure to customer engagement processes, professional communication standards, and corporate service delivery expectations.
This programme offers an opportunity for entry-level candidates to build foundational skills in customer service, communication, and contact centre operations while gaining accredited training.
The Central Office Contact Centre plays an important role in supporting Sun International’s customer engagement and service excellence objectives. Learners will be immersed in a dynamic environment where professionalism, attention to detail, and customer focus are essential.
Minimum Education Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
Applicants must be South African citizens.
An updated CV must be submitted with the application.
Candidates must not have previously participated in a learnership within the same qualification.
Relevant post-Matric qualifications, if applicable, may be included.
