Position Overview
VKB Fuels in Reitz, Free State, is currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Fuel Attendant to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers’ fuel and lubricant needs while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining accuracy in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by attending to fuel and lubricant requests.

Dispense the correct type and amount of fuel as required by the customer’s vehicle.

Ensure accurate balancing of fuel sales at the end of each shift.

Identify discrepancies, report them, and resolve problems promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Uphold VKB’s operational standards and comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Handle payments and transactions accurately and professionally.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.

Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Clean criminal record.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
