Executive Dining & Guest Service

• Welcome corporate guests, executive clients, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and attentive courtesy.

• Collaborate on menu organisation considering establishment style, client preferences, seasonal ingredients, and costings.

• Monitor menu boards and documentation to verify that dishes and prices are accurate and up to date.

• Oversee billing procedures following meal service, accurately processing payments via cash, credit card, or corporate accounts.

• Evaluate customer feedback and comments to measure dining satisfaction and implement immediate service adjustments where needed.

Educational Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

• Formal Culinary or Hospitality Qualification (highly advantageous).

Experience & Hospitality Expertise

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a waiter, head waiter, or executive waitron within corporate dining, fine dining, or high-volume executive catering.

• Deep understanding of table setup techniques, food safety, beverage service, and guest engagement.
