Huntswood is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its growing USA campaign team in Umhlanga. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about helping people, solving problems, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a professional, dynamic, and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will handle inbound calls and emails from customers based in the United States, providing accurate information, empathetic communication, and effective resolutions related to healthcare systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

Provide clear, helpful, and compliant information regarding healthcare-related queries.
 - 
Keep customers informed about different healthcare systems and service options.
 - 
Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets, contributing to departmental success.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM systems.
 - 
Continuously improve knowledge through ongoing training and development sessions.

Minimum Requirements
- 
Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification.
 - 
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
 - 
1 year of USA campaign experience is essential.
 - 
Previous exposure to a Financial Services or Healthcare environment is advantageous.
 - 
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent command of English.
 - 
Good understanding of metric systems and performance metrics.
 - 
High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
 - 
Resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic.
 - 
Basic understanding of CRM systems (training will be provided if necessary).
