Position Overview

Smollan is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and well-spoken individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors in JHB East Rand. The successful candidates will play a critical role in promoting a variety of mobile business solutions, building relationships with businesses, and generating leads to drive sales growth. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Smollan, representing our brand and creating a positive experience for all clients. You will be responsible for promoting mobile business solutions, engaging with potential customers, and ensuring that leads are qualified and actionable. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Brand Promotion:
    • Target businesses to create positive, actionable leads.
    • Promote a variety of mobile business solutions to potential clients.
    • Build awareness of Smollan’s products and services through direct engagement.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Communicate effectively with business owners and decision-makers.
    • Explain product features, benefits, and promotions to clients.
    • Ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Gather information about client needs and provide feedback to the sales team.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Administration:
    • Capture lead information accurately and submit it to the sales team.
    • Maintain records of client interactions and engagement activities.
    • Track progress against targets and provide regular updates to management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • Well-spoken and confident in English; knowledge of African languages is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset.
