Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Service Standards

Perform consistent, high-standard beverage preparation and presentation including craft cocktails, fine wines, spirits, and hot beverages.

Maintain complete mis-en-place for all bar shifts, ensuring workspace readiness, garnish preparation, and polished glassware.

Recommend wine pairings and provide detailed descriptions of beverage selections and food menu pairings to guests.

Actively upsell premium beverages and signature cocktails to support lodge revenue goals.
Stock Control & Operational Compliance

Execute daily stock control procedures, ensuring every beverage served is correctly billed and accounted for.

Manage stock rotation (FIFO) efficiently to minimize beverage wastage and maintain stock accuracy.

Strictly enforce national liquor regulations and company responsible service of alcohol policies.

Team Communication & Support Duties
