Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Service Standards

• Perform consistent, high-standard beverage preparation and presentation including craft cocktails, fine wines, spirits, and hot beverages.

• Maintain complete mis-en-place for all bar shifts, ensuring workspace readiness, garnish preparation, and polished glassware.

• Recommend wine pairings and provide detailed descriptions of beverage selections and food menu pairings to guests.

• Actively upsell premium beverages and signature cocktails to support lodge revenue goals.

Stock Control & Operational Compliance

• Execute daily stock control procedures, ensuring every beverage served is correctly billed and accounted for.

• Manage stock rotation (FIFO) efficiently to minimize beverage wastage and maintain stock accuracy.

• Strictly enforce national liquor regulations and company responsible service of alcohol policies.

• Maintain clean bar equipment, appliances, and work surfaces in compliance with strict hygiene standards.

Team Communication & Support Duties

• Attend daily service briefings to stay informed on guest dietary requirements, VIP arrivals, and menu changes.
