The Administration Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate administrative operations within the retail branch.

Key Responsibilities of an Administration Clerk
Stock & Document Management
- Receive and verify stock against delivery notes
- File and manage all delivery documentation
- Ensure correct document sequencing on systems
Invoice & Claims Processing
- Match invoices with delivery notes and purchase orders
- Capture and process claims (damaged goods, warranty claims, shortages, expired stock)
- Communicate with suppliers regarding discrepancies
Reporting & Data Management
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Prepare stock-taking and variance reports

Cash Handling & Financial Administration
