Position Overview

Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is seeking energetic and reliable Cleaners to join our Talent Pool based in Atlantis, Western Cape.

This Talent Pool registration is for future relevant cleaning roles across Tsebo Cleaning Solutions. While this is not an active vacancy, registering your details ensures consideration for positions as they become available.

The successful candidates will help maintain high-quality hygiene standards, ensure clean and safe workspaces, and support client satisfaction across offices, public areas, and operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and action cleaning opportunities beyond assigned tasks.

  • Complete cleaning duties within specified timelines.

  • Clean offices, wards, public areas, and other designated spaces as per line manager instructions.

  • Maintain and promote Tsebo hygiene standards at all times.

  • Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.

  • Support team operations and report any maintenance or hygiene issues.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum Grade 12 or Grade 11 with relevant experience.

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Cleaner or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

  • Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment (e.g., buffing machines) is advantageous.

  • High energy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Professional personal appearance and excellent personal hygiene.

  • Strong soft skills: friendly, client-oriented, and courteous.

  • Punctual, reliable, and demonstrates an excellent work ethic.

  • Good clear English communication skills.
