About the Role
As the Branch Manager at Auto Pedigree Lephalale, you will oversee complete operational, financial, and sales performance for the branch.
Your core objective is to maximize gross profit, hit monthly unit and Rand sales volumes, and meet 2nd gross targets. You will work closely with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to maintain statutory compliance, oversee stock and cash assets, implement standard operating procedures, mentor dealership personnel, and drive local marketing initiatives across the Lephalale region.

Sales Performance & Profitability

Drive branch sales strategy to consistently achieve unit sales, Rand turnover, and 2nd gross financial targets.

Maximize overall branch gross profit through effective vehicle pricing, trade-in valuations, and deal negotiations.

Partner with the F&I Manager to ensure all financial and insurance products comply with NCR, FAIS, and FICA regulatory frameworks.
Stock, Asset & Financial Management

Manage branch vehicle inventory, stock balances, floor planning, and asset control according to company policies.

Oversee cash management, ledger accounts, petty cash, and daily operational expenses to minimize risk.

Analyze asset and ledger reports, stock movement files, and financial statements to optimize profitability.
Personnel Management & Operational Compliance
