About the Role
The Recruitment Officer at Pedros plays a crucial operational role in powering store expansion and maintaining optimal staffing levels across high-volume restaurant sites in Cape Town. You will manage job requisitions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), host recruitment drives, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, coordinate pre-employment verification checks, and build strong talent pipelines to minimize store vacancy turnaround times.
