The Food Services Assistant plays an integral multi-functional role across both front-of-house service delivery and back-of-house kitchen support operations. Positioned directly within a dynamic hospitality environment, you will assist culinary teams with fundamental food preparation, maintain immaculate hygiene standards, and ensure that dining guests receive attentive, world-class service during meal service periods.

Food Production & Kitchen Support

Perform a wide variety of basic food preparation tasks under the direction of senior culinary personnel.

Measure, chop, portion, and prep raw ingredients accurately for daily menu production routines.

Assist back-of-house teams with maintaining proper food handling and storage routines to prevent cross-contamination.
Front of House & Guest Service

Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional service to clients and customers across front-of-house service areas.

Set up dining stations, food counters, and service displays to ensure clean, visually appealing setups.

Assist with clearing dining tables, restocking service items, and answering basic customer inquiries during service.
Health, Safety & Hygiene Compliance

Maintain full compliance with all organizational and statutory Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Keep all front-of-house and back-of-house work environments clean, sanitized, and neatly organized at all times.

General Operational Support

Provide general operational support across both front and back-of-house operations based on unit demands.
