1. High-Volume Data Capture & Validation

  • Capture data from available records into required formats, including institutional databases, tracking tables, and data spreadsheets.

  • Review, validate, and verify missing data or typographical errors observed during manual entry cycles.

  • Capture the official Court roll from daily court lists and books, prescheduling cases accurately prior to the commencement of legal proceedings.

  • Submit data entries and perform regular secure system backups to preserve institutional history.

2. Court Recording & Technology Auditing

  • Record active Court proceedings according to physical appearances and input specific annotations tailored to the case type in session.

  • Search for postponed case lines and link subsequent recording sessions to those precise file locations.

  • Transfer digital Court recordings to the site server at strict 15-minute intervals throughout the day.

  • Check all physical courtroom recording machines and microphones daily, performing fault diagnosis on Court Recording Technology (CRT) hardware.

  • Report equipment faults experienced during diagnosis and log support queries to the IT helpdesk immediately.

3. File Registry Maintenance & Compliance

  • Keep, maintain, sort, and secure physical files and database records to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Ensure all case records and physical court documents for data capturing are kept completely safe while in your possession.

  • Sort and distribute incoming data batches equally among unit team members.

  • Open new legal files, update registers, compile statistics, and scan or save documents upon official request.
