Key Responsibilities

Daily Store & Office Maintenance

• Clean, sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the main retail store floor, customer pathways, and corporate administrative offices on a daily basis.

• Empty waste bins, replace trash liners, and sort disposals daily, ensuring that all trash is transferred safely to designated external disposal zones to maintain perfect hygiene.

• Clean and polish large glass panels and store windows on a fortnightly schedule to ensure an open, professional, and smudge-free storefront appearance.

• Maintain continuous housekeeping of your specific work area, ensuring cleaning equipment, mops, trolleys, and chemical detergents are stored safely away from public aisles.

Staff Support & Kitchen Hygiene

• Sanitize, clean, and organize the staff kitchen on a daily basis, washing used utensils, wiping down countertops, and maintaining appliances in excellent condition.

• Prepare and make tea or coffee for staff members on a daily basis during designated shift breaks, fostering a helpful, supportive team environment.

• Monitor and manage cleaning chemical levels, proactively ordering cleaning stock and replacement consumables when needed to prevent operational shortages.
