Successful candidates will be responsible for managing customer bookings, coordinating repair schedules, advising customers on service outcomes, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role is ideal for motivated individuals who are customer-focused, technically savvy, and capable of handling both administrative and technical service coordination responsibilities.

⚠️ Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00.


Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor

Customer Service & Client Liaison

  • Act as the liaison between customers and repair technicians.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Repairs Coordination & Scheduling

Minimum Requirements – Service Advisor

Educational Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric advantageous
  • Technical or mechanical knowledge advantageous

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role (essential)
  • Strong understanding of repairs and maintenance of tools and machinery
  • Customer service experience advantageous

Licences:

  • Valid driver’s licence advantageous

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of power tools and machinery
  • Understanding of welding machines and compressors
  • Knowledge of generators, petrol and diesel engines
  • Mechanical systems knowledge
  • Repairs workflow coordination skills

Knowledge Requirements:
