About the Role
The Photocopier is an entry-level office support position within the Department of Public Works Durban Regional Office. In this role, you will reproduce high-quality copies of files and correspondence, operate and maintain heavy-duty photocopy machines, and operate the binding machine to bind copies and prints as required. Key Responsibilities of a Photocopier
Document Reproduction & Copying
- Reproduce high-quality copies of files and correspondence as required by staff and management.
- Ensure all copies produced are accurate, legible, and meet the required quality standard.

- Handle all documents, files, and correspondence with care and appropriate confidentiality.
Machine Operation & Maintenance
