About the Role
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Van Sales Representatives and Drivers to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional service levels across allocated routes.

Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies
- Monitor and drive sales performance against targets

- Supervise Van Sales Representatives and Drivers

Minimum Requirements – Sales Supervisor
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration
Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience within the FMCG environment
- Proven experience in sales planning and execution
- Experience in customer relationship management
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP, DSD, MM, SD, and MS Office
- Experience with Rapidtrade systems
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
