About the Role
The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing all workshop operations, ensuring agricultural equipment is serviced, repaired, and maintained efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of a Workshop Manager
Workshop Operations & Supervision
- Supervise all workshop activities, including scheduling and workflow control
- Ensure job cards are updated and completed on time

Technical Maintenance & Quality Control
- Ensure agricultural equipment is repaired and maintained to high standards

Minimum Requirements – Workshop Manager
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric) — essential
- Qualified Mechanisation Technician — essential
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified mechanisation technician
- At least 3 years’ experience with John Deere equipment — essential
- Workshop administration or management experience — advantageous
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Understanding of workshop operations and technical systems
- Valid driver’s licence — essential
