About the Role
The Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers while ensuring all company procedures and compliance standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities of a Driver
Delivery & Route Management
- Deliver parcels to customers according to designated routes and schedules.
- Ensure all deliveries align with trip sheets and route plans.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in all delivery operations.
Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance
- Conduct vehicle inspections before departure and upon return.
- Report any faults or issues immediately before leaving the premises.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times.
Loading & Dispatch Procedures
- Check parcels with the supervisor before loading.
- Adhere strictly to dispatch and loading procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of all goods loaded for delivery.
Documentation & Compliance
- Follow POD (Proof of Delivery) procedures correctly.
- Submit inspection lists weekly for supervisor sign-off.
- Ensure all delivery documents and collection slips are completed and returned.
- Take responsibility for outstanding trip sheets and documentation.
Customer Service & Communication
- Maintain professional interaction with customers during deliveries.
- Ensure customers comply with delivery and POD processes.
- Report any delivery-related issues to the dispatch supervisor promptly.
