Key Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative

Inbound & Outbound Call Management

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls — typically 75–100 calls per day.
  • Convert customer conversations into confirmed vehicle service appointments.
  • Clearly communicate service options, timelines, and pricing information to customers.

Sales Performance & KPIs

  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to conversion rates, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue performance.
  • Recommend additional repairs, maintenance services, and service upgrades based on customer needs.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to guide conversations toward action without being overly aggressive.

Customer Experience

  • Provide a high-quality, customer-first experience in every interaction.

CRM & Administration
