LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

Job Objective
This position supports to operate the plant efficiently in compliance with safety requirements / regulations.
Key Duties:
•Loading containers for export purposes
•Loading solid & liquid product into road trucks/tanks for local market
•Final product Production control on a daily basis
•Stock controlling of all packaging materials in the warehouse
•Distribution of packaging materials to production plants
•Warehouse house keeping
•Receiving of packing materials and signing of delivery notes
•Fork-lift operators
•Daily stacking / movement of all packaging material & final products into storage areas for both.
•Stock controlling of all final products
•Receiving & inspection of empty containers
•Preparation of containers to be loaded for either export or local market
Key Requirements:
•Matric or related qualification.
•1-3 Years warehousing or storage experience in the chemical or metallurgical industry.
•Forklift license up to 7 tons
