Salary: R1.8 million CTC – R1.6 million CTC plus Generous Bonus Scheme
Multi-billion, Diverse Corporation requires a Finance Executive who is both “hands-on” and quality focused and that has the ability to combine sound financial leadership with proven multi-faceted business effectiveness. You will need to lead a busy, deadline driven Team of Senior Accountants, Accountants and Bookkeepers, monitoring and remediating monthly process flow, with no bottle necks and data disparity and constantly updating system and procedure effectiveness. This will ensure the continued successful functioning of the Internal Financial Control Environment and an Effective Reporting Framework. Detailed financial reporting will be required using IFRS, where meaningful financial analysis can be used for strategic business decisions. As this Corporate is constantly on a growth trajectory, “thinking on your feet” and being able to adapt to new project requirements quickly and efficiently is absolutely key.
