What Does a Hollywoodbets Sales Agent Do?
A Sales Agent (Outlet) is responsible for driving daily mobile sales, growing the Hollywoodbets customer base, and representing the Purple brand professionally across outlets, events, and promotional activations in and around Mbizana. - Drive daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets and all other targets related to growing the Hollywoodbets mobile customer base
- Demonstrate and explain mobile products, betting platform features, usage methods, and services to influence customers to sign up and engage
- Ensure every new customer activates and uses their sign-up bonus to place their first bet at account opening
- Guide new customers step-by-step through the Hollywoodbets mobile application to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
🤝 Customer Service & Account Management
- Assist clients professionally with opening new betting accounts and resolving all betting-related queries

- Keep all work areas, display setups, and promotional materials neat, organised, and professionally presented
🔧 Mobile Equipment Management
- Ensure appropriate management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all assigned mobile equipment and promotional materials
- Report any equipment faults, losses, or damage to the supervisor promptly
- Manage all promotional stock and display materials responsibly across all assigned locations
