iqbusiness is seeking a creative and commercially savvy Content Designer with strong communication, storytelling, and design expertise. This exciting contract opportunity focuses on crafting and enhancing GenAI Talent Program materials — transforming complex workforce and AI concepts into powerful, executive-level presentations, frameworks, and workshop content.

The ideal candidate will combine visual design excellence with strategic insight, contributing to iqbusiness’ pioneering GenAI Talent Series, which explores how organizations can evolve their workforce for the age of Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver executive-quality presentations for leadership sessions, client workshops, and commercial proposals.

  • Translate conceptual and abstract frameworks (Talent Readiness, GenAI Workforce Development, etc.) into compelling visual stories.

  • Develop and enhance iqbusiness’ GenAI Talent Series, including:

    • Demystifying GenAI Talent Readiness

    • Developing Your GenAI Talent

    • Attracting and Retaining GenAI Talent

    • Evolving Your GenAI Workforce and Culture

    • Integrating GenAI Talent Insights to Win

  • Collaborate with Talent, Learning, and GenAI specialists to refine message flow and design alignment.

  • Maintain brand consistency, professional polish, and executive-level storytelling standards.

  • Support related strategic projects such as:

    • The GenAI Talent Assessment

    • The GenAI Organizational Capability Model

    • Development of GenAI Job Families (covering 30 roles and 37 role assessments)

    • Custom GenAI Learning Journeys and Talent Surveys

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Design, or related field (Master’s preferred but not essential).

  • Proven experience in presentation and content design, ideally within consulting, HR, or learning environments.

  • Strong grasp of Talent Management, L&D, or Organizational Capability frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft executive-level presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.

  • Skilled in tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalents).

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with strong conceptual understanding.

  • Familiarity or interest in Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, and Future of Work topics.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
